Return & Exchange Policy

At Libas e khas, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:

Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unstitched, and in their original condition and packaging.

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items that have been stitched, altered, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged solely on the basis of slight colour differences, as variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.

Process:

Contact our customer support team (What'sapp: 0348492535) with your order details and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, ship the product back to us.

After inspection, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit (if applicable).

Important Notes:

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Libas-e-khas reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions.
